About SANHUA AWECO
SANHUA AWECO Appliance Systems is a global engineering and manufacturing partner for the home-appliance and automotive industries. Born from the integration of German- origin AWECO into SANHUA Holding Group in 2012, we combine German engineering heritage with the scale, supply chain, and innovation power of a worldwide organization.

Innovation with a purpose
Our R&D teams develop modular water-management systems with energy and water recovery. For manufacturers, that means:
- Lower energy consumption at equal—or shorter—program times
- Fewer parts via functional integration, reducing BOM and warranty risk
- Faster time-to-market leveraging a library of validated sub-assemblies

How we work & what “state-of-the-art” means here
We avoid buzzwords and focus on measurable outcomes.
Our competences01
Injection molding as a core competence.
From thin-wall precision parts to large housings, with metal inserts and sealing features integrated to reduce downstream assembly.
02
Industry 4.0 automation.
Robotized cells, in-line vision inspection, and full component traceability (batch data, process parameters, test results) to cut defects and speed up root-cause analysis.
03
Joining technologies matched to media and load.
Laser & TIG welding for leak-tight joints; high-temperature brazing (>1000 °C) for durable, pressure-resistant assemblies.
04
Automated assembly & precision machining.
Shorter cycle times, consistent torque and clearances, and stable Cp/Cpk in serial production.
05
Materials expertise.
From stainless steels to superalloys, selected for corrosion behavior, thermal conductivity, and compatibility with water/chemicals.
What we make
We design and produce components and integrated systems that move, heat, meter, and protect water and air inside appliances. As well as visible automotive components.
Dishwashers (core segment)

Water-management modules with heat and water recovery, BLDC/BLAC circulation pumps, dispensers, ion-exchange softeners, inlet systems with safety devices, pressure switches, flow meters, heated pump housings (Omega System), and tubular heating elements.
Laundry (washers & dryers)

Heating systems and high-efficiency heat exchangers (louvered and micro-channel) tuned for low pressure drop and high heat-recovery.
Coffee machines

Flow through heaters, boiler-heating systems, and flow meters engineered for temperature stability and repeatable extraction.
Automotive & other industries

Injection-molded plastic parts—including visible components—manufactured to automotive standards.
Quality & sustainability
Each production batch undergoes rigorous functional testing—including leak, pressure, and electrical checks—as well as life-cycle endurance testing that replicates real appliance duty cycles

Why manufacturers choose SANHUA AWECO
We take full ownership of the entire process—from design and tooling to validation and serial production. With multi-site manufacturing across Europe and Asia, we leverage the scale of a global network while delivering the speed and efficiency of local execution. This enables faster ramp-up, shorter supply chains, and greater responsiveness to customer needs.
Our commitment to quality is reinforced by advanced laboratory testing and full traceability down to the component level. Every platform is engineered to meet exact specifications and optimized for cost efficiency. At the same time, our focus on robust assembly processes and resilient supply chains ensures OEMs benefit from a stable, predictable total cost of ownership.

Our history can also be called a success story. That is reason enough to continue writing it.
