Innovation engineering
We co-develop new technologies with Original Equipment Manufacturers and scale them globally. Recent focus areas include:
- Active dishwasher drying (zeolite and condensation drying)
- Heating systems for home appliances and commercial heat pumps
- Heated circulation pumps and BLDC/BLAC motor pump systems (with and without integrated heating)
- Valve systems for water and liquid cooling
- Single and multi-chamber dosing for detergents
- Olfactory/freshness sensors for refrigerators

Manufacturing & injection molding
Production and injection molding are our core competences — kept exclusively in our own plants to control quality, cost, and lead time. Our engineering services span highly automated processes:

Every program at SANHUA AWECO is underpinned by rigorous, routine product testing—including leak and electrical assessments—conducted in parallel with production to ensure consistent performance and long-term durability. Our manufacturing sites across Europe and Asia operate in full compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 for environmental management. Additionally, our Tychy and Stambul Plant are certified with OHSMS ISO 45001 standard and as. Tychy plant specializes in automotive plastics production and is bound to fulfill requirements of IATF 16949.
Our products are certified by national certification bodies [ UL / VDE ] and we are proud of our level of commitment to follow all the strict requirements of REACH / ROHS and conflict minerals policies. We are always happy to grow and learn with all the new expectations and standards brought by our Customers - CSR’;s coming from Automotive OEM or White Goods industry, are integrated in our QMS. This variety of business is what allows us to adapt quickly to new requirements, new products and new customers.
