The health of our employees has top priority. This includes protection against occupational accidents, occupational diseases and other work-related health hazards, as well as protection of the environment. All workplaces are or will be designed to be safe and healthy. Prevention in occupational safety is our obligation to ensure the safety and health of employees, subcontractors and third pańies.

Continuous improvement

Preserving the health and performance of employees through continuous improvement. Through training and instruction we achieve the required level of knowledge and awareness for occupational safety. OHS performance is regularly monitored and backed up with targets to identify potential for continuous improvement.

Occupational safety is a leadership role

The managers have a role model function in the company. They carry out the risk assessments, draw up the necessary instructions and ensure compliance. The employees are actively integrated into the processes. Every employee is obliged to make his or her contribution to occupational safety at the site.

Occupational safe and health protection are an integral part of all operational processes

Dangers/risks are to be avoided or eliminated. The management provides all necessary financial and technical resources to ensure that the policy and objectives are met. The employees concerned are involved in the processes, necessary partners and consultants are consulted as required. Projects are planned and employees are deployed in such a way that there is no danger to employees, customers and visitors. Operating materials and resources are checked for hazards before use.

The applicable legal requirements and other requirements are identified and implemented.
